The spirit of adventure is not itself, adventure.  If you went on one trip or trained for one epic endeavor, it does not sooth the soul for eternity. Adventure is a habit, a way of life.  It’s a muscle that needs trained physically and mentally.

Athlete On Fire is dedicated to making you more adventurous.

Where do you start?  Read a couple of the articles and listen to a few of the podcasts we have with world class adventurers.  This is a great article to start with.  This is a great podcast to grasp what being and adventurer means.

You are able, are you willing?
