I will forever be grateful for the Galloway training method. It has given me a love of running and exercise again with friends enjoying the most out of being out together. The run/walk method allows one to have more energy and finish faster stronger. I plan to run/walk the rest of my life and enjoy being healthy. I would only add it is helpful to stretch before a little and after. Thank you to Jeff for your inspiration.
