  1. Joyce Benton says:

Great show! I love Dean, but this is the first time I have heard him speak. After listening to the podcast I took off for my Sunday non-in-training out and back from my back door. I live in the country and where there is only one way to go without it being hill training or hitting the cow trails. I thought of Dean today as I was running the same run I have run so many time – today was torture! I agree with Dean – I need to always find new places to run or it is no fun and feels like exercise!

  2. Zack says:

    This was great.

I especially enjoyed his point that “inspiration” is more about leading by example than any words you could “preach” to someone.

  3. Lewis says:

Hey, great interview, really enjoyed this – made my day. Keep up the great work.

  5. Just listened to your show for the first time. And what a great experience. Super show. Dean Karnazes was amazing as he usually is, but your questions really brought out new answers, and thanks for that… and I would agree on the toiletpaper 🙂
    Best wishes from Denmark,
