Great show! I love Dean, but this is the first time I have heard him speak. After listening to the podcast I took off for my Sunday non-in-training out and back from my back door. I live in the country and where there is only one way to go without it being hill training or hitting the cow trails. I thought of Dean today as I was running the same run I have run so many time – today was torture! I agree with Dean – I need to always find new places to run or it is no fun and feels like exercise!

Joyce, thanks so much for leaving a comment! Where do you live? Sounds great to me! If you shoot me a pic of that countryside I’d love to post it! Also if you have time and enjoy the show a review on iTunes would be appreciated. Thanks so much. Scott

This was great.

I especially enjoyed his point that “inspiration” is more about leading by example than any words you could “preach” to someone.

Totally agree Zach. When you are passionate about something it is hard to not tell someone repeatedly about it but if you just continue to do, they usually want to experience it too! Thanks for listening. My shameless pitch for reviews: If you have time I would appreciate an iTunes review….Link below.

Thanks again,

Scott

Just listened to your show for the first time. And what a great experience. Super show. Dean Karnazes was amazing as he usually is, but your questions really brought out new answers, and thanks for that… and I would agree on the toiletpaper 🙂
Best wishes from Denmark,
Peter
